Restaurant Rhodos in Bad Malente

The food that was delivered didn't meet my expectations at all, I was immensely disappointed.

Gyro plate with braised onions, simply great.

Lamb fillet grilled to the point, everything from salad to tzatziki is just delicious and perfect for me. Attentive and very nice service.

Was there now for the 3rd time. This time the food was nothing special, rather lower standard. The hygiene concept was implemented well. When we wanted a taxi at the end, the phone was brought to us, completely incomprehensible to us ... Is it no longer common for the innkeeper to call the taxi for his guests? Suddenly the service person pretended not to understand us, although she understood us very well when we paid and ordered. We are not from Malente and therefore do not know the local taxi call.

Very friendly staff. Fast service. The gyros was excellent, very tasty. Everything was fine. You felt comfortable all around.

Ambience seems cold so only 4 stars but the food delicious I would give it 6 stars

Get the salad after an hour. The heating mushroom was finally switched to normal operation after 45 minutes and not on the back burner as before. The food was tasty, but I'm used to different portions.

Took out, and although it was packed, she told me 20 minutes. And inside I have .. yes everyone says that. But that's how it was, as she said, the waitress. I did the tasting in the hotel for around 25 minutes, and it was not without it. I am pleasantly surprised. (Between us ..) (I am a Greek myself) spent a certain amount of time in Greek gastronomy, around 17 years as a waiter and a few years in the kitchen as a helper up to the chef. And it was also plentiful .. I left it for tomorrow. It's a shame that tomorrow has to arrive in the direction of Itzehoe. 😌

First of all, we had to wait a while in front of the restaurant because of Corona, which was very uncomfortable in wind and rain. Also inside rather long waiting times. Pepperoni with garlic are much better with other Greeks. Not enough garlic and not fried enough Gyros was very greasy and not really done, really bad. The grilled chicken breast, on the other hand, was very great, super tender and great grill pattern. Tzatziki was okay, could use more garlic. The gratin, on the other hand, wasn't good either. Cheese not nice golden brown, the sauce just felt like cream. Quite hefty surcharges if you don't want dirty fries. Deduction for: waiting time, gyros and starter

Delicious food at reasonable prices. It is advisable to reserve a table, especially now during the Corona period.
